If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Services.

ADL and TLR provide a web3 blockchain gaming platform consisting of:

• TLR Game: A play-to-earn game where users can collect, battle, and trade unique Tiny Lil Robots NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens).
• Website: The official website (tinylilrobots.xyz) providing information about TLR, the Aether token (ATHR), and access to the Game.
• Blockchain Services: The utilization of blockchain technology for game mechanics, NFT ownership, in-game transactions using ATHR, and potential integration with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

• Account Creation: To access certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your information updated.

6. NFTs and Digital Assets

• Ownership of NFTs: By purchasing or acquiring Tiny Lil Robots NFTs, you obtain ownership of the unique digital asset represented by the NFT on the blockchain. However, ADL and TLR retain all rights, title, and interest in the artwork, characters, and intellectual property associated with the NFTs.
• Smart Contracts: The use and transfer of NFTs are governed by smart contracts deployed on the blockchain. You acknowledge and understand the risks associated with smart contracts and agree to be bound by their terms and conditions.

7. Aether (ATHR) Token

• Use of ATHR: ATHR is the native token of the TLR ecosystem and is used for in-game transactions, governance, and staking. The use of ATHR is subject to the terms outlined in our Tokenomics documentation.
• No Investment Advice: Nothing in these ToS or the Services should be considered financial or investment advice. ADL and TLR do not provide any guarantees regarding the value or performance of ATHR.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
